StressMap Assessment
About the StressMap
The StressMap assessment was originally developed by Esther Orioli, founder of Essi Systems and creator of the StressMap® framework. Her work helped individuals understand how stress affects different areas of life and recognize patterns that may benefit from attention and support.
Originally delivered through printed workbooks, the StressMap tool provided a structured way to evaluate stress across work, personal life, coping strategies, relationships, and physical and emotional signals.
This version is a digital adaptation of the original framework, designed to make the tool easier to access and more interactive while preserving the intent of Orioli’s work. The results are meant to support self-awareness and reflection, not to replace professional medical or psychological advice.
